奥胡斯大学科研诚信建设政策与实践

摘　　要：科研能力是大学与科研机构的核心竞争力,然而只有在诚信的环境中科研能力方可持续发展。丹麦的奥胡斯大学深刻认识到这一点,因此,尽管丹麦已设立了全国统一的科研不端委员会,该大学仍高度重视科研诚信建设:颁布科研诚信政策;制定违反负责任研究行为案件的审议程序;设立负责任研究行为咨询小组和委员会;开展多种形式的科研诚信教育。该大学的做法为我国大学的科研诚信建设提供了很好的参照,我国大学可以在设立学术诚信委员会和开展诚信教育等方面补齐短板,推进我国科研诚信建设"落地生根"。The capability of research is the core competitiveness of universities and researchinstitutes. However, the research capability can only develop sustainably in an integrity environment.Aarhus University is deeply aware of this. Therefore, despite the fact that Denmark has set up a nationalcommittee of research misconduct, it still attaches great importance to the construction of researchintegrity. It now has： a policy on research integrity; a procedure for handling suspicion of breach ofresponsible conduct of research; training in responsible conduct of research at all levels; special advisersand committees on research integrity. The practice of the Aarhus University provides a good referencefor the construction of research integrity of universities in China. We can learn from others to improveourselves, to promote the implementation of the policy on research integrity.
