重楼地上部分化学成分和药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：重楼传统以根茎入药,疗效确切、药用价值高,但市场需求日益增大,造成了重楼野生资源的严重短缺。近年来不少研究表明,重楼地上部位有与根茎相似的化学成分,主要包括甾体皂苷类、黄酮类、植物甾醇类等,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、止血等药理作用。该综述总结了重楼地上部分化学成分和药理作用的研究现状,以探讨重楼地上部分开发的可行性,为进一步开发重楼药用资源奠定基础。The rhizomes of Paris are traditionally used as medicines with definite therapeutic effect and high medicinal value. The available supply of Rhizoma Paridis is facing increasing shortage because of the increasing consumption. The recent researches demonstrate that the aerial parts of Paris have the similar chemical constituents with the rhizomes part,mainly including steroid saponins,flavonoid,phytosterols,etc.,and exhibit many biological activities,such as antitumor,antioxidant,antibacterial,hemostatic,and so on. In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the aerial parts of Paris are summarized to explore the developing feasibility,so as to lay a foundation for developing the resources.
