摘  要:为了提高教学质量、培养学生的专业技术水平、提高学生的职业道德素质,基于食品专业学生的特点,结合果蔬加工技术课程特点,对其思政教育建设的意义和实践途径等方面进行了初步的探索,以期为食品专业培养更多高素质综合型技术人才。In order to improve teaching quality, to cultivate students' professional skills, and to improve their professional ethics, this article, based on the characteristics of students in food majors, combined with the characteristics of Fruit and Vegetable Processing technology courses, conducted preliminary research and explored on the significance and practical approaches to the construction of ideological and political education, cultivating more highly qualified and integrated technical talents for the food specialty.
