公共管理类专业研究生教学效果评价体系研究——以中央财经大学为例

摘　　要：公共管理类专业是管理学学科体系的重要组成部分,目前我校共设置了5个公共管理学科硕士授权点和公共管理硕士(MPA)专业学位授权点,虽然在教学评价方面已取得了一定的经验,但是在教学效果评价的价值导向、具体做法和实际成效等方面仍存在一些问题或误区。文章在借鉴科学管理理论方法和总结已有成功经验的基础上,采用问卷调查的方法,围绕如何提高公共管理专业研究生教学效果评价工作科学化水平的问题展开研究,为完善我校课程教学评价体系和制度提供参考。Public Management is an important part of the discipline system of Management. At present, there are 5 authorized Master＇s Degree progamme of Public Administration and authorized MPA professional degree programme. Although some experience has been gained in teaching evaluation, there are still some problems or misunderstandings in the value orientation, concrete practice and actual effect of teaching effect evaluation. Based on the theory of scientific management methods and successful experiences, the article adopts questionnaire survey method to study how to improve the scientific level of the evaluation of teaching effectiveness a-mong postgraduates majoring in public management, so as to improve the evaluation system of the course teaching.
