从族谱看清代以降清水江下游民众的择业意识

摘　　要：通过对清代以来清水江下游地区众多族谱资料的研究,发现这一地区虽然处于边隅之地,民众的择业观念却深受儒家文化的影响,士农工商的择业分级和"勤于业,荒于嬉"的职业意识并行不悖。以族谱文献的文本分析为基础,运用宏观和微观相结合的研究方法,以厘清这一区域民众择业观念受到国家与地方社会形塑的途径,可为当今社会民众之择业观念提供有益参考。Through studying varied genealogy materials of the Qingshuijiang downstream areas,the authors find out that though border area as it is,people＇s consciousness of job hunting was greatly influenced by Confucian culture,with both job classification of official,farmer,worker,and merchant,and their professional consciousness. Based on the analysis of the text from genealogy materials,with the method combining macro with micro study,how the job hunting consciousness in this area was shaped by the country and local society has been figured out,which gives helpful reference for people＇s job hunting consciousness nowadays.
