摘　　要：通过对辽宁省地方高校的调查和分析,发现外部社会环境及高校内部教学管理模式对地方高校会计专业大学生实践能力培养都有不利影响。为提高地方高校会计专业学生的实践能力,应该建立健全相关政策和保障机制。高校也应改革传统的教学模式、改善校内实训场所的实验条件、提高教师自身实践教学能力并完善实践教学考核评价机制。Through the investigation and analysis of the local colleges and universities in Liaoning province, the paper reveals that the external social environment and the internal teaching management of local university pose a negative effect upon the practical ability of students in the major of accounting. In order to improve the practical ability of accounting students in local colleges and universities, relevant policies and guarantee mechanisms should be established and improved. The traditional teaching model needs to be reformed, the facilities and conditions in practical training be uplifted, the teachers＇ practical teaching abilities and teaching assessment system improved.
