柞蚕蛹的雄性激素样作用及同化作用的研究

摘　　要：柞蚕蛹的乙酸乙酯提取物能增加去势小鼠的前列腺-贮精囊、提肛肌-海绵球肌的重量,促进未成年雄性小鼠的生长,使肝组织中RNA、DNA、蛋白质含量增高。β-蜕皮激素为其雄性激素样作用和同化激素样作用的有效成分之一。It has been found that the ethyl acetate extract isolated from Antheraea pernyi Pas is able to increase the weight of prostate-semina and levator ani muscle-bulbocavarnosus muscle of castrated mice. In addition, the extract also accelerates the growth of younger male mice and enhances the contents of RNA, DNA and protein in the liver tissue of mice. It has been deter-mined that β-ecdysone is one of the effective constituents for the androgen-like and anabolic action.
