摘 要:目的探讨周围感觉神经端侧吻合的治疗效果。方法健康成年SD大鼠30只,分为假手术对照组、桥接吻合组、端侧吻合组,每组10只。术后12周行肉眼观察、光镜下神经纤维计算、肌电图检查。结果桥接吻合组与端侧吻合组在肉眼观察、光镜下神经纤维计算、肌电图检查上差异无统计学意义,与假手术对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论端侧吻合可以恢复感觉神经功能。Objective To probe the possibility of functional sensory regeneration after end-to-side neurorrhaphy. Methods Thirty SD rats were used in this study. They were divided into 3 groups, end-to-side neurorrhaphy group, nerve graft group and control group. After 12 th weeks postoperation, recovery condition after operation was observed, and hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining and Electromyography(EMG) was used. Results At12 th week after operation, the denervation EMG changes to varying degrees and hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining were observed, there were no significant differences between the end-to-side neurorrhaphy group, nerve graft group, respectively. There was significant difference between control group and the other two groups. Conclusion End-to-side neurorrhaphy can regenerate functional sensory.
