四肢血管损伤伴高血压病患者39例的超声诊断与治疗分析

摘　　要：目的分析四肢血管损伤伴高血压病患者的超声诊断与治疗方式。方法选择四肢血管损伤伴高血压病患者,共计39例,选取时间为2016年5月~2017年1月,对所有患者均予以多普勒超声检查,之后对围手术期加强血压控制措施,并对患者的血压情况予以观察;手术半年之后,对血管修复的具体情况予以超声探查。结果 39例四肢血管损伤伴高血压病患者手术后的患肢血供情况相对良好,没有功能障碍情况发生,患者在入院之后血压都相对较高,但是经过药物治疗后能够有效控制内部血压水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过多普勒超声检查进行检查及随访,对于四肢血管损伤伴高血压病患者而言,应该及时予以临床诊治措施,以此控制患者的血压水平,取得积极的临床治疗效果。Objective To analyze the ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment of vascular injury in limbs with hypertension. Methods Vascular injury in limbs with hypertension patients, a total of 39 cases, the selected time is from May 2016 to January 2017, Doppler ultrasound examination were all patients, after the perioperative blood pressure to strengthen control measures, and the blood pressure condition of patients were observed; surgery after half a year, the specific circumstances of the vessel repair to ultrasound. Results 39 cases of vascular injury in limbs with surgery in patients with hypertension after limb blood supply is relatively good, no dysfunction occurs, patients in the hospital after the blood pressure is relatively high, but after drug treatment can effectively control the blood pressure level, statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Examination and follow-up by Doppler ultrasound for hypertension patients with vascular injury in limbs, clinical diagnosis and treatment should be timely measures to control the patient＇s blood pressure level, has positive clinical effect.
