摘　　要：目的探析新生儿死亡后产妇应用心理护理干预对心理状态的影响。方法将2013年9月~2017年8月本院收治的60例新生儿死亡产妇选为研究对象,遵照1∶1的比例分为两组,即常规组(n=30)、干预组(n=30)。常规组产妇实施常规护理,干预组产妇实施心理护理干预,对两组产妇心理状态及护理满意度进行统计对比。结果与常规组产妇相比,干预组产妇护理后抑郁、焦虑评分更低,数据分别为[(52.6±6.4)分vs(43.7±6.2)]分、[(51.1±5.2)分vs(40.2±5.9)分],组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于常规组产妇,干预组产妇护理满意度更高,数据分别为80.0%、96.7%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿死亡后产妇实施心理护理干预时,不仅可以减轻产妇抑郁、焦虑程度,还可以提高产妇护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on mental state in neonates after neonatal death. Methods 60 neonates with neonatal death were selected as the study subjects from September 2013 to August 2017, and the ratio of 1∶1 was divided into two groups： the conventional group（n=30） and the intervention group（n=30）. Routine nursing was carried out in the normal group, and psychological nursing intervention was carried out in the intervention group to compare the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group of maternal, maternal nursing intervention group after the depression, anxiety score is lower, data respectively[（52.6 ± 6.4） vs（43.7 ± 6.2）], [（51.1 ± 5.2） vs（40.2 ± 5.9）], compare the differences between groups with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Compared with the normal group, the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher, with the data being 80.0% and 96.7%, respectively, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After neonatal death, maternal psychological nursing intervention can not only reduce maternal depression and anxiety, but also improve maternal nursing satisfaction, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
