摘　　要：检察公信力评估就是人民群众对检察机关工作满意度的检验,应当站在人民群众的立场上进行。检察公信力本质上是社会公众对检察工作的主观评价;检察公信力评估的最主要指标是司法公正和司法廉洁;检察公信力评估结果的应用当客观理性。Prosecutorial credibility evaluation is the test of people＇s satisfaction with the work of the procuratorial organs,which should be carried out on the standpoint of the people. It is essentially a subjective evaluation of the procuratorial work by the public,the most important indicators of which are judicial justice and judicial integrity.The application of its results should be objective and rational.
