二术止泻贴配合小儿推拿治疗小儿腹泻效果分析及对免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析二术止泻贴配合小儿推拿治疗小儿腹泻疗效及对免疫指标的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2017年2月河南省方城县妇幼保健院儿科收治住院的腹泻患儿80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组口服蒙脱石散,观察组在对照组治疗基础上用二术止泻贴和推拿。5d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察两组疗效及症状体征缓解时间,使用免疫单扩散法检测患儿IgG、IgA水平,使用免疫荧光法检测患儿CD8及CD4水平,计算CD4/CD8。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%(37/40),显著高于对照组75.0%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呕吐、发热、腹痛缓解时间,便常规复常时间及大便复常时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IgG、IgA、CD4/CD8均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上采用二术止泻贴配合小儿推拿能提高小儿腹泻治疗效果,提高患儿机体免疫能力,值得推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Erzhu Antidiarrheal paste combined with infantile massage in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea and its influence on immune index.Methods Eighty children with diarrhea,who were hospitalized in Pediatric Department from May 2016 to February 2017 in Fangcheng County Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital of Henan Province,were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.Both groups were given oral montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was also treated with Erzhu Antidiarrheal paste combined with massage.There were 5 days in a course of treatment,and the treatment lasted for 2 courses.Observe the efficacy and symptom relief time of the two groups;immunodiffusion method was used to detect IgG and IgA levels in children;immunofluorescence was used to detect CD8 and CD4 levels in children;calculate CD4/CD8.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%（37/40）,which was significantly higher than that of control group（75.0%,30/40）,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The relief time of vomiting,fever and abdominal pain,and the time of bowel movements recovery were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,the differences being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the IgG,IgA,and CD4/CD8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of Erzhu Antidiarrheal paste combined with infantile massage in addition to conventional western medicine can improve the therapeutic effect on pediatric diarrhea and improve the immune function of children.It is worthy of promotion.
