摘　　要：河北是文化大省,有着灿烂的文明和丰富的民俗文化资源,国家文化战略的实施和国内外文化产业的繁荣发展,为河北民俗文化焕发新的活力,提升国际知名度带来历史性机遇。同时,当前河北民俗文化外宣工作也面临着各种困难和挑战。文章运用SWOT分析方法,重点分析影响河北民俗文化"走出去"的内外因素,并从增加政策投入,创新宣传方式,完善人才机制等角度提出促进河北民俗文化外宣工作的建议和对策。Hebei Province has splendid civilization,abundant folk customs and cultural heritage. With the implementation of national cultural strategy and development of cultural industries at home and abroad,it is taking a historical opportunity to develop and promote international image of Hebei folk customs and culture.But it is also facing many challenges. This paper analyzed the internal and external factors affecting ＂going global＂process of Hebei folk customs and culture based on SWOT model,and then put forward some corresponding suggestions and strategies from the perspectives such as favorable policy,creative publicity approaches,and talents training and introduction.
