摘　　要：随着数字技术不断进步,信息传播方式和人们的阅读习惯发生了根本性变化,期刊出版传播的传统模式不断受到挑战。学术期刊在坚持内容为王的前提下,传播渠道与数字化出版平台建设日益重要。河北省高校学术期刊以学报为主,综合性学术期刊多,虽然都有自身特色,但影响力相对较弱,数字化出版平台建设相对滞后。因此,河北省高校学术期刊应立足学术期刊特色,创新学术期刊出版理念,搭建学术期刊出版数字平台,改变期刊的出版、管理和运营模式,适应移动互联网发展趋势,提高河北省高校学术期刊影响力和竞争力。Along with the rapid innovation in digital technology,the means of information dissemination and the habit of reading change dramatically,which brings about challenges to the traditional journal publishing industry. The construction of communication channels and digital platforms of academic journals becomes essential on the basis of contents first. Academic journals of colleges and universities are mainly journals in Hebei Province,and there are many comprehensive academic journals. Although these journals have their own characteristics,most of them are relatively less influential and competitive. Therefore,it is urgent for these journals to innovate publishing ideas in the digital era based on the unique features of each journal,establish the digital publishing platform,and change the traditional publishing,managing and operating mode,so as to comply with the trend of mobile internet and to improve their influence and competitiveness.
