全髋关节和人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比全髋关节和人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床效果。方法选取我院骨科收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者102例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=52),对照组采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,观察组采用全髋关节置换术治疗。对比2组治疗效果。结果对照组患者的手术时间、住院时间均比观察组短,术中出血量少于观察组(P<0.05);观察组的手术治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的手术时间、住院时间比较长,术中出血量多,但该手术的治疗总有效率高,患者术后并发症发生率低,因此在临床上应优先考虑。Objective to compare and analyze the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty and artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. Methods 102 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Department of orthopedics in our hospital were studied. They were randomly divided into control group（n=50）and observation group（n=52）.The control group was treated with artificial femoral head replacement,and the observation group was treated with total hip arthroplasty. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results the operation time of the patients in the control group was compared with that in the control group.The duration of hospitalization was shorter than that of the observation group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）,but the total effective rate of operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the observation group. The incidence of complications in the control group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty and artificial femoral head replacement are used in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. The amount of intraoperative bleeding was much,but the total effective rate of the operation was high,and the incidence of postoperative complications was low. Therefore,priority should be given to clinical operation.
