摘　　要：针对原油含水分析仍然采用蒸馏化验方法,需要现场采集原油试样,在实验室进行含水率分析,化验时间长,耗费人力、物力较多,不安全环保等现象,研发出的原油含水分析仪在线检定装置,可以快速、安全、准确地检测出原油含水率,并能检定多种类型的插入式原油含水分析仪的准确度;也可携带到现场用于检定工作中的原油含水分析仪,同时能配制0~100%各点的标准原油含水油样,模拟油田现场输油管线原油含水分析在线连续测量方式。根据目前现场的实际应用情况,该原油含水分析仪在线检定装置满足了油田发展的要求。Crude oil water content analysis needs to sample crude oil at site and analyze water content in Lab,focusing on the problem of long time analysis,too much manpower and material consumption and unsafe,etc.,one on-line water content analyzer is developed for crude oil.It can not only analyse the water content quickly,safely and accurately,but also verify the accuracy for several kinds of plug-in water content analyzer for crude oil.The equipment can be carried to site to calibrate the water content analyzer in service.Standard crude oil sample with water content from 0 to 100% can be prepared.Continuous on-line metering can be simulated at field crude oil pipeline.Based on the practical application,the equipment satisfies the requirements of oilfield development.
