摘　　要：人口老龄化是世界范围内各国政府面临的共同难题。防范养老风险,加强国际合作是人口老龄化发展的必然趋势。"一带一路"倡议有利于加强中国与沿线国家的多边合作,同时为中国养老产业走向国际舞台提供了发展契机。与"一带一路"沿线国家相比,中国在应对人口老龄化方面走在了前列。养老产业和养老事业的协同发展、在"互联网+"智慧养老产业和旅居养老产业的前沿探索能够为"一带一路"沿线国家应对人口老龄化提供技术支持和经验借鉴。中国养老产业实施"走出去"战略应该坚持以下几点:一是坚持以市场化为导向,加快推进养老产业的供给侧结构性改革步伐。二是充分发挥中央和地方政策合力,培养专业化、高素质养老人才队伍。三是加强金融性支持,培养一批具备国际输出能力的养老企业。四是发挥海外华商的作用,为中国养老产业"走出去"创造有利条件。Population aging is a common problem faced by governments around the world, international cooperation is an inevitable trend to deal with population aging. ＂ The Belt and Road＂ initiative is conducive to strengthen the multilateral cooperation between China and countries along ＂ the Belt and Road＂, and provides the development opportunity for China＇s pension industry to go into the international stage. Compared with the countries along ＂ the Belt and Road＂, China is leading the way in coping with population aging. Pension industry and the coordinated development of endowment enterprise, the exploration in the intelligent pension industry and sojourn pension industry and ＂internet ＋＂ provide technical support and experience for countries along ＂the Belt and Road＂ . The implementation of the ＂going global＂ strategy of China＇s pension industry should adhere to the following points： First, we should adhere to the market orientation and accelerate the supply-side structural reform of the pension industry. Second, we should make full use of the central and local policies to foster professional and high-quality professional teams. Third, we will strengthen financial support to foster a number of pension enterprises with international export capacity. Fourth, the role of overseas Chinese businessmen will be used to create favorable conditions for the ＂ going global＂ of China＇s pension industry.
