摘　　要：简要总结了我国特殊钢棒线材的需求与生产情况,在质量和生产技术上与国际水平的差距。分析了国内外特殊钢棒线材的生产流程和特点、各工序质量控制的关键共性技术,归纳了其洁净化生产的主要技术措施。分析了夹杂物与钢材疲劳寿命的关系,炼钢过程中大型夹杂物的来源。对轴承钢、弹簧钢和硬线钢的夹杂物控制技术特点进行了总结和分析,提出了具体的技术措施。The demand and production of special steel bar and wire in China were briefly summarized,and the difference of quality and production technology between China and international level was also introduced.The production process,characteristics and the key common technology of quality control of special steel bar and wire both at home and abroad were analyzed,and the main technical measures of its clean steel production was reviewed. The relationship between inclusions and fatigue life of steel was analyzed,and the source of large inclusions in steelmaking process was also analyzed. The characteristics of inclusion control technology in bearing steel,spring steel and hardwire steel were discussed and analyzed,and the concrete technical measures were put forward.
