摘  要:为了降低烧结烟气中二氧化硫的含量,对烧结物料中的硫含量进行了综合分析,通过降低高硫物料的配加比例,从源头减少硫的带入量。应用密相塔半干法烟无脱硫设备,并且合理控制烟石硫速、负压、烧结终点温度,实现脱硫效率90%以上的运行效果,烧结烟气中二氧化硫排放达标。In order to reduce the content of sulfur dioxide in sintering flue gas,the sulfur content in the sintered materials is analyzed comprehensively. The amount of sulfur is reduced from the source by reducing the proportion of high sulfur materials. The desulphurization efficiency is above 90%,and the sulfur dioxide in sintering flue gas is discharged to the standard by the application of dense flow absorber desulphurization equipment and reasonably final temperature control of sulphur speed,negative pressure and sintering.
