摘  要:分析影响300 t加盖钢包吹成率的因素,有针对性地进行了透气砖结构和材质改进、底吹工艺优化。结果表明:透气砖由狭缝型改为狭缝-弥散复合型后,透气率明显提升;在透气砖材质中加入的2.5%Cr_2O_3能减少晶体内部应力,提高材料的抗热震性,同时引入铝镁尖晶石能增加底吹透气砖的耐压强度。通过底吹管路改造、规范吹扫操作和优化透气砖寿命等改进后,钢包的底吹吹成率由99.84%提高到99.96%,取得了良好效果。The factors affecting the success ratio of blowing of the 300 t covered ladle were analyzed. The structure and material of porous brick were improved,and the bottom blowing process was optimized. The results showed that the air permeability was significantly increased by the transformation of porous brick types from slit type to slit-diffusion; the addition of 2. 5% Cr2O3 in porous brick can reduce the crystal internal stress and improve the thermal shock resistance of the material; the introduction of magnesia-alumina spinel can increase the compressive strength of porous brick. Through improving of bottom blowing pipeline,regularizing sweeping operation and optimizing porous brick life,the success ratio of blowing was increased from 99. 84% to 99. 96%,which got a good effect.
