摘 要:对高炉灰进行了磨矿和磁选试验试验,结果表明,在磨矿细度-200目占83%的情况下,磁选能得到铁品位56%,回收率44%的铁精粉,该铁精粉再经过螺旋溜槽选别可以提高铁品位2%~3%个点。通过上述工艺,从高炉灰中提取的铁精粉和富锌料品质均能满足返回钢厂再利用和下游客户需要,具有较高的推广和应用价值。Ore-grinding and magnetic separation tests for blast furnace ash are carried out. The results show that under the condition of 83% of the grinding fineness-200,iron powder can be got by magnetic separation with iron grade 56% and the recovery rate of 44%,and the iron grade of iron powder can be increased the by 2% to 3% points through the spiral chute separation. Through the above technology,the quality of iron powder and zinc rich material from the BF ash can meet the need of steel plant reutilization and downstream customers,and it has high popularization and application value.
