益口漱口液用于口腔颌面外科围术期患者口腔护理的效果

摘　　要：目的观察益口漱口液用于口腔颌面外科围术期患者口腔护理的效果。方法选取我院2016年2月~2017年2月收治的100例口腔颌面外科围手术期患者,以随机数表法随机将其分成观察组与对照组各50例。对照组患者使用西帕依固龈液治疗;观察组患者采用益口漱口液治疗。对比两组患者口腔护理临床效果。结果观察组患者口腔护理干预后牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数、口臭及牙龈疼痛等各项指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论益口漱口液用于口腔颌面外科围术期患者口腔护理的效果显著,可有效提升患者牙龈指数和牙菌斑指数,改善患者口臭和牙龈疼痛情况,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Yikou mouth rinse on oral care of patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery from February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were randomly assigned to 50 patients in the observation group and the control. Results The indexes of gingival index, plaque, bad breath and gum pain were signifcantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Discussion Yikou mouth rinse is effective for oral care of patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery during perioperative period.
