摘 要:分别在3种离子液体辅助下,采用水热法制备出了一系列BiOBr光催化剂。利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、表面光电压(SPS)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和比表面积(BET)等对BiOBr催化剂的结构、形貌、光学特性及光生电荷分离速率进行了表征。以罗丹明B(RhB)作为模拟污染物,考察了所得样品的可见光催化性能。实验结果表明,离子液体辅助制备的BiOBr明显优于对照样品BiOBr的光催化活性,其中1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([EMI_m]PF_6)对BiOBr可见光催化活性提升最大。离子液体辅助制备的BiOBr光催化性能提升归因于BiOBr光生电子-空穴对的分离效率的显著提高。With the assistance of a series of ionic liquids,BiOBr photocatalysts were successfully prepared via a facile hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction( XRD),surface photovoltage spectroscopy( SPS),UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra( UV-Vis DRS),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller( BET) method were applied to characterize the crystal structure,morphology,optical properties and separation rate of photoinduced electron-hole charge pairs of BiOBr photocatalysts. RhB was used as model pollutant to evaluate the photocatalytic performance of the samples. The results reveal that all the BiOBr photocatalysts prepared with the assistance of ionic liquids display better photocatalytic performance than the reference BiOBr,and 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate( [EMI_m]PF_6) exerts the greatest influence on the enhancement of photocatalytic performance of BiOBr. The enhanced photocatalytic performance of BiOBr prepared with the assistance of ionic liquids can be ascribed to the significantly boosted separation efficiency of the photoinduced carriers.
