摘　　要：通过对三种材料的主要有效成分(多糖、黄酮、皂苷)和硒的含量进行测定和对比,结果显示:黄精的主要有效成分和硒含量具有显著优势,黄精为三种材料中最具开发意义的品种;三种材料的地下部分开发价值高于地上部分,但是由于地上部分有效成分和硒含量仍十分可观,具有一定的开发意义.The main effective components of three kinds of materials（polysaccharides,flavonoids,saponins） and selenium content were determined and compared.The results show that：Polygonatum sibiricum has significant advantage in the active ingredient content and selenium content and it is the best variety for development.The development value of the underground part of the three materials is higher than that of the above-ground part,but the above-ground part,with its considerable active ingredients and selenium content,also has certain development significance.
