摘  要:目的:研究大黄溶剂工艺、SFE-CO_2工艺与SFE-CO_2及药渣树脂精制工艺产物的泻下活性。方法:采用炭末推进法考察各工艺产物对小鼠小肠和大鼠大肠活动的影响,观察小肠容积的变化,同时以肠段称重法考察了各工艺产物对小鼠小肠与大肠水分吸收的影响。结果:各工艺产物泻下活性的强弱为:SFE-CO_2及药渣树脂精制工艺组>溶剂工艺组>SFE-CO_2组。结论:分极性提取效果较好。Objective:To study on purgative activity of rhubarb extracts by solvent extraction,SFE-CO2 and SFE-CO2 & residue resin purification. Methods: The effects of the extracts by the three technologies on creepage of mouse small intestine and rat large intestine were studied by injecting charcoal ink into the intestines.And the volume of the mouse small intestine was observed.The effects of the extracts were also studied on water absorption of mouse small intestine and large intestine by weighing the intestines. Results:The purgative activity of the extracts by the three technologies was SFE-CO2 & residue resin purification > solvent extraction > SFE-CO2. Conclusion: Extracting different polar components separately might get a good result.
