新时期医疗援外模式下推广中国内镜神经外科技术的探索

摘　　要：初步探索新时期医疗援外模式下传播推广中国内镜神经外科技术的模式。作为中国第四批援助特立尼达和多巴哥共和国(简称"特多")医疗队神经外科团队成员,在特多医疗援外期间通过理论授课、临床教学及举办首届中国-特多-加勒比海地区国际内镜神经外科学术会议及培训班等形式将中国内镜神经外科技术传播推广到特多所在的中美洲加勒比海地区。培训当地神经外科医师掌握内镜神经外科技术,惠及当地神经外科患者。医疗援外工作得到了中特两国政府,当地患者和医务工作者的一致好评。在新时期医疗援外模式下传播推广中国内镜神经外科技术是完全可行的。The promotion of endoscopic neurosurgery in the new foreign aid medical pattern is tentatively explored. As Chinese fourth aid medical team of Trinidad and Tobago, we used the form of theoretical lectures, clinical teaching, and China-Trinidad Tobago-Caribbean international neuroendoscopic conference and workshop to promote Chinese endoscopic neurosurgery technology to caribbean region, and to train local neurosurgeons to master endoscopic neurosurgical techniques which benefited local patients. Our work has been well complimented by both Chinese and Trinidad Tobago governments, local patients and medical workers. In the new era of medical foreign aid, the promotion of neuroendoscopic surgical techniques is completely feasible.
