摘　　要：目的观察肝脏膈面肝包虫手术后残腔引流的不同处理方式对术后患者恢复的影响。方法收集我院肝脏膈面肝包虫开腹手术患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用术后残腔引流管接负压引流,对照组使用引流袋引流。观察并记录两组患者引流液性状、颜色、引流量。结果观察组的愈合时间、带管时间、引流频率、拔管后引流量等均低于或者小于对照组相应指标(P<0.05);并发症主要为残腔积液、切口感染,观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,对照组为10.00%,P>0.05;观察组的复发率为3.33%,对照组为10.00%,P>0.05。结论负压引流是加快残腔闭合、减少引流时限、预防减少残腔感染的方法之一。Objective To observe the effect of different methods of residual cavity drainage on the recovery of postoperative patients after hepatic hydat operation. Methods 60 cases of top of liver and liver diaphragmatic echinococcosis operation were selected from our hospital.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given the residual cavity drainage tube and the negative pressure drainage after the operation, and the control group was given drainage bag drainage. The characteristics, color and flow rate of the drainage were observed and recorded in two groups. Results The healing time, the time of catheterization, the frequency of drainage and the drainage flow after extubation were lower or less than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）.The main complications were residual cavity effusion and incisional infection. The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%,the control group was 10.00%, P〉 0.05. The recurrence rate was 3.33%in the study group and 10.00% in the control group, P〉 0.05. Conclusion Negative pressure drainage is one of the methods to accelerate the closure of the residual cavity, reduce the time limit for the drainage and prevent the infection of the residual cavity.
