摘　　要：目的探究输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床护理心得。方法将我院2016年2月—2017年3月76例输尿管结石患者根据处理方式不同分为对照组、整体组各38例。所有患者实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组采取普通护理方式;整体组进行整体护理。比较两组患者输尿管结石取石一次成功率;实施手术时间、痊愈出院时间;手术后不良事件出现率。结果整体组患者输尿管结石取石一次成功率比对照组高,P<0.05;整体组实施手术时间、痊愈出院时间比对照组短,P<0.05;整体组手术后不良事件出现率比对照组低,P<0.05。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果确切,辅以整体护理可缩短手术时间和住院时间,并发症数量有所减少,满意度提高。Objective To explore the clinical nursing of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Methods 76 cases of ureteral calculi in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were divided into control group and overall group according to different treatment methods, 38 cases in each group. All patients were treated with ureteroscopy and holmium laser lithotripsy. The control group was treated with general nursing, and the whole group was treated with whole nursing. The one time success rate of ureterolithiasis was compared between the two groups; the operation time, the recovery time and the incidence of adverse events after the operation were compared. Results The success rate of ureteral calculi removal in the whole group was higher than that in the control group, P〈 0.05; The operative time and recovery time in the whole group were shorter than those in the control group, P〈 0.05; The incidence of adverse events in the overall group was lower than that in the control group,P〈 0.05. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi is effective, and holistic nursing can shorten operative time and hospitalization time, reduce the number of complications and improve satisfaction.
