摘 要:场馆运行是博物馆基于收藏、研究进行展示的公共文化服务,是在特定馆舍空间内通过"展览—参观"的互动行为完成的系列活动。长期以来,由于交互双方的信息不对称,这一活动的管理更多依托于经验驱动,缺乏有效的量化指标。随着信息技术的发展,在博物馆运行中收集全过程数据,并利用大数据分析方法进行科学的精细化管理成为可能。以上海博物馆数据中心的开发和运营为案例,探讨如何在博物馆应用场景中以博物馆学为依据,实现各业务系统数据的汇聚、分析和管理,并以可视化的方式呈现,为博物馆运行的监测和决策提供数据驱动的解决方案。Museum operation is a public service system of culture based on the collection, research and then display of the museum as well as a series of activities completed in certain space by means of the interactive behavior of exhibition and visit.Throughout the ages, the management of such activity relies more on experience and lacks effective quantitative index because of the information asymmetry between two interacting parties. With the development of information technology, collecting overall-process data in museum operation and implementing scientific refined management by use of big-data analysis come true.This paper, taking the development and operation of Shanghai Museum's Data Center for example, discusses on how to summarize, analyze and manage various kinds of operational systems and then present them in a visual manner among museum application context in order to provide a data-driven solution to the museum operational monitoring and policymaking.
