重庆加工型辣椒产业发展现状及建议

摘　　要：重庆是辣椒集中消费区和调味品生产的重要区域。近年重庆加工型辣椒基地面积增长较快,常年种植3.3万hm^2左右。通过优化品种区域布局,加快新品种、新技术应用,增强重庆辣椒原料的供应能力,促进辣椒制品加工业的发展等举措,重庆加工型辣椒产业在农业增收中发挥了巨大作用。但当前生产中仍存在单位面积产量及比较效益偏低等问题,建议适度规模发展,加强基础设施建设,加强品种优化与应用、技术攻关与示范,开发高附加值辣椒加工产品,以促进重庆加工型辣椒产业的长远发展。Chongqing is the important city for pepper consuming and seasoning production. The cultivation area of processing type pepper has grown rapidly in Chongqing, up to 33 000 hm^2 annually. By optimizing the regional distributions of varieties and accelerating the application of new varieties and new technologies, the supply capacity of pepper raw materials has been enhanced, and at the same time the development of the processing type pepper industry will be promoted, which play an important role in increasing the agricultural income. But there are still some problems, such as low unit yield and low efficiency. Therefore, it is proposed that maintain the moderate scale production, strengthen the construction of infrastructure, optimize the variety and its application, demonstrate the new technology, and develop high value-added pepper processing products to promote the development of the processing pepper industry in Chongqing.
