摘 要:现有的引伸计标定器多采用手动方式检测,无法进行实时数据传输,致使检测效率不高。在精度和量程方面,也存在"不足以检测0.2级及50mm以上的引伸计"的问题。本文研制了一套基于"智慧测量"理念的高精度、大量程引伸计智能化检定系统,采用伺服控制,其分辨力为0.1μm,量程可达500mm,不仅能够解决高精度、大量程引伸计的检定需求,还能实现智能化检定,自动输入到电子原始记录中,实现了原始记录的电子化,为大数据分析提供基础,满足新时期"互联网+计量"的要求,可广泛应用于材料试验机的引伸计及其他引伸装置的检定。The existing calibrator of extensometer usually uses manual way,and cannot achieve real-time data transmission,so the working efficiency is very low. Moreover,in terms of measuring range and accuracy,the existing calibrator of extensometer has not enough ability to detect the magnitude of 0. 2 and more than 50 mm of extensometer. Based on the concept of intelligent measurement,an extensometer calibration system with high precision and wide range has been developed successfully. Its resolution is 0. 1μm,and measuring range is up to 500 mm.Using servo control technology,the system not only can meet the requirements of extensometer calibration of high precision and wide range,but also can realize intelligent detection,and the detection results can be input to the electronic records automatically. In this case,the system can provides the basis for big data analysis, and can meet the requirements of internet measurement in the new period,which can be widely used for the material testing machine and other extensometer stretching device.
