摘  要:非制冷太赫兹成像探测技术作为太赫兹研究领域的重要组成部分,目前已成为各国研究的热点之一。本文综述了近年来国内外非制冷太赫兹成像探测技术的研究进展,着重介绍了基于光热效应的微辐射热计和基于光子效应的场效应晶体管太赫兹探测器及其成像技术研究进展,分析了非制冷太赫兹成像探测器的现状及发展前景,对于研究非制冷太赫兹成像探测技术及应用具有一定的参考价值。Uncooled terahertz imaging technology is one of the basic components of the terahertz research field. In many countries, terahertz research and development have been conducted. This paper introduces the research progress of uncooled terahertz imaging detection technology at home and abroad in recent years.The research progress of microbolometers based on the photothermal effect and field effect transistor terahertz detectors based on the photon effect, as well as their imaging technology, is discussed. We analyzed the status and development prospect of uncooled terahertz imaging detectors. This paper provides a significant prospective of uncooled terahertz imaging detection technology and its applications.
