摘 要:红外辐射量测量是获取目标红外辐射特性的直接、有效的方式。本文在真空冷背景条件下,针对红外特性测量系统所处平台的自身旋转、摆动等不稳定性因素,对红外特性测量系统与目标之间存在的相对运动、以及测量系统自身温度变化对红外辐射特性测量结果精度的影响进行分析。分析结果表明测量精度受多因素相互制约影响,并给出具体的影响模型,对平台设计优化和测量误差评估具有指导意义。The infrared radiation measurement is a direct and significant way of obtaining objects’ infrared information. The measuring equipment is always based on some unstable platform. The paper discusses the analysis of infrared radiation measurement accuracy, which is influenced by the temperature shift of the measuring equipment, and also the relative motion between the object and the platform. The result shows that the measurement accuracy is influenced by these mutually interacting factors. The specific impact model established in this paper significantly affects the platform optimization design and measurement accuracy evaluation.
