综合护理措施对喘息型肺炎患儿进行干预的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探析综合护理措施度喘息型肺炎患儿进行干预的效果。方法选取我院接收的喘息型肺炎92例患儿为研究对象,随机分设行综合护理干预的研究组和行常规护理的对照组两组,每组各46例。结果研究组患儿的护理疗效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的体温恢复情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对喘息型肺炎患儿实施综合护理干预,不仅能有效提高临床疗效率,而且还能缩短患儿体温恢复时间。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on children with wheezing pneumonia. Methods 92 casesof asthmatic pneumonia received by our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the study group of comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group of routine nursing, 46 cases in each group. Results The nursing efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The recovery of body temperature in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with wheezing pneumonia can not only effectively improve the efficiency of clinical treatment, but also shorten the recovery time of children＇s body temperature.
