摘 要:目的探究集束化护理预防新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)的效果。方法选择在我院就诊给予机械通气的新生儿106例作为研究对象,收治的时间段为2016年1月15日—2017年1月15日,将其分为两组患儿,分别采取不同的护理模式,将两组患儿的护理效果进行综合分析。结果 VAP发生率:实验组为7.55%,常规组为32.08%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);机械通气时间:实验组为(5.10±1.36)d,常规组为(7.75±1.52)d,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度:实验组为96.23%,常规组为81.13%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿给予集束化护理干预措施,便于优化了护理工作的质量。Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing in preventing neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP). Methods 106 cases of neonates who received mechanical ventilation in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The duration of treatment was from January 15, 2016 to January 15, 2017. They were divided into two groups of children. Different nursing modes were adopted, The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed comprehensively. Results The incidence of VAP was7.55% in the experimental group and 32.08% in the conventional group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Mechanical ventilation time: the experimental group was(5.10±1.36)d, the conventional group was(7.75±1.52) d, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Nursing satisfaction: the experimental group was 96.23%, the conventional group was 81.13%, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion It is easy to optimize the quality of nursing work by giving bundles of nursing interventions to newborns.
