摘  要:针对涂料油墨水性化进程中涂膜表面的滑爽度、防水性、耐磨损性能不足问题,采用超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷为主成分、POSS为补强填料,在复合乳化剂作用下经高速预乳化和高压均质工艺,制备了一种纯水性、80%固含、小粒径(D50=2.01μm)及窄粒径分布的耐磨滑爽剂,应用在水性涂料油墨中具有优异的体系相容性和较好的重涂性能,0.3%的使用量即可给涂膜提供优异的滑爽性能和耐磨损性能,以及一定程度的防水性能。This article addresses the problem of slippage, water resistance, and abrasion resistance of the coating surface during the process of water-based coating ink. Ultra-high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane as the main ingredient, POSS is reinforcing filler, Composite emulsifiar.And under the High speed pre-emulsification and high pressure homogenization to prepare a Wear-resistant Slip Agent that is Pure water, 80 % solids, Small particle size (D50=2.01 μm) and Narrow particle size distribution. Applications Excellent system compatibility and better recoating performance in waterborne coating inks. Only 0.3 % usage can provide film with excellent slip and abrasion resistance, and a certain degree of waterproof performance.
