摘 要:采用了系列的有机化学实验,定性分析了乙二醇生产装置脱碳系统堵塞物的组成。分析表明堵塞物是由有机物和无机物组成,有机物是含有醇羟基、醚、酯等官能团的聚合物,无机物主要是由水和钒盐组成,其中水含量达97.03%。A series of organic chemistry experiments were carried out to qualitatively analyze the composition of blockages in decarburization system of ethylene glycol plant. The analysis demonstrated that the blockages were made up of organic and inorganic substances. The organic substances were polymers containing alcohol hydroxyl, ether, ester and other functional groups. The inorganic substances were mainly composed of water and vanadium salt, and the water content was 97.03 %.
