摘  要:以3,4-二氯苯基异氰酸酯和二甲胺为反应原料,连续化釜式合成敌草隆。考察投料比、反应温度、反应时间、反应浓度等因素对敌草隆的影响;结果表明最佳反应条件为3,4-二氯苯基异氰酸酯:二甲胺的摩尔比为1∶1.1,反应温度25℃,反应时间3h,异氰酸酯甲苯液浓度10%,所得敌草隆的收率达99%,含量98.5-99.2%。The diuron were synthesized by using 3,4-dichlorophenyl isocyanate and dimethylamine as the starting material, toluene as solvent. The effects of feed ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of methylbenzene on diuron were investigated. The results showed that the optimum feed ratio of diuron was 1: 1.1, the reaction temperature was 25 ℃, the reaction time was 3 h, the reaction concentration was 10 %; the yield of diuron was about 99 %, purity quotient was 99 %
