摘  要:本文以聚碳酸酯二元醇,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,磺酸盐亲水单体,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)等原料制备了EA改性的磺酸盐型UV固化聚氨酯分散体(UV-PUDs),研究了EA添加量对UV-PUDs和UV固化涂料性能的影响。研究表明:UV-PUDs胶膜在UV固化后吸水率明显降低,最低可达2.11%;UV-PUDs胶膜热重分析(TGA)显示随着EA含量增多,热稳定性提升,可满足低于300℃下场合的使用要求;将UV-PUDs配置成UV固化涂料后,乳液稳定性好,并且随着EA含量的增多,漆膜的硬度、光泽度、耐水性、耐乙醇性也随之提升。Epoxy acrylate (EA) modified UV-PUDs were synthesized by using polyether diol containing sulfonate, isophorone diisocyanate, polycarbonate diol, pentaerythritol triacrylate, epoxy acrylate. Research was done to know the influence of EA content on UV-PUDs and UV cured coatings. The results showed that after UV curing, the water absorption rate of the UV-PUDs film decreased significantly, as low as 2.11%.The thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) of the UV-PUDs film showed that the thermal stability increased with the increase of EA content,and can meet the requirements of below 300 ℃ under the situation. The emulsion is stable after UV-PUDs are configured into UV-curing coatings. With the increase of epoxy acrylate content, the pencil hardness ,glossiness, water resistance and ethanol resistance of UV- curing coatings increased.
