摘  要:利用2-羟基-3-氯丙磷酸酯钠对氨基硅油进行季铵化反应合成磷酸酯甜菜碱有机硅表面活性剂,通过正交试验优化合成工艺。采用FT-IR对其结构进行表征,并对其表面性能进行研究。实验结果表明:磷酸酯甜菜碱有机硅的最佳合成条件为:n(2-羟基-3-氯丙磷酸酯钠)︰n(氨基硅油)=2.3︰1,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为5 h;溶液的临界胶束浓度为0.12 g·L-1,表面张力为26.2 mN·m-1。Phosphobetaine silicone surfactant was synthesized from amino silicone and 2-hydroxyl-3-chloropropyl phosphate sodium by quatemization reaction and its synthesis conditions were optimized through orthogonal test. The structure was characterized by FT-IR and its surface property was studied.The results indicated that the optimum synthesis conditions were n(2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl phosphate sodium) : n(amino silicone)=2.3 : 1, reaction temperature was 80℃,reaction time was 5 h; the critical micelle concentration(CMC) of solution was 0.12 g.L-1,the surface tension was 26.2 mN.m-1.
