摘  要:本文以河北唐山地区某企业低温多效蒸馏海淡装置(LT-MED)外排浓盐水为研究对象,以其资源化利用为目标。在渤海夏季污染物峰值期进水条件下,采用"冷却塔→多介质过滤器→超滤→双级反渗透"的工艺流程,产水直接作为工业新水回用,系统浓缩液用于盐场制盐,从而实现低温多效蒸馏海淡装置浓盐水的资源化利用。通过现场中试验证,工艺系统运行稳定,各工序水质满足设计要求,具有良好的示范效果和推广价值。In this paper, we conducted a pilot test on recycling concentrated brine generated in the process of low temperature multi-effect distillation (LT-MED). The test was carried out in a factory from Tangshan, Hebei province. The objective of this research is to investigate the feasibility of reusing concentrated brine as resources. The water for deposal was from Bohai sea. The season was summer and it was the worst period of pollution in Bohai sea. In the distillation stage, sea water was processed with the "cooling tower → multimedium filter → ultrafiltration→two-stage reverse osmosis" procedures. The procduct water was reused for industries. The concentrated brine was utilized to make salt for the purpose of reuse as resources. The field pilot test results showed that the system worked smoothly while the clean water quality also matches related requirements. This pilot test gave a good demonstration of resource optimum utilization and was worth to be generalized to other fields.
