摘 要:装备动员信息系统是网络化信息作战支援保障能力的重要支柱。首先,探讨了国外装备动员信息系统建设的网络化、精确化、联合化和军民融合化发的展趋势,分析了我国装备动员建设发展现状与存在的问题;然后,分析了装备动员信息系统应具备的5种能力,并给出了相应系统技术架构和功能组成;最后,给出了装备动员信息系统构建所需的5种关键技术和3种系统运用模式,为我国装备动员信息系统的发展和完善提供参考。The equipment mobilization information system is an important foundation of network information warfare support capability.Firstly,the development trend of networked,precision,combination and civil-military integration in the foreign equipment mobilization information system construction is discussed.The current situation and problems of the equipment mobilization construction in China are analyzed.Then,five capabilities of the equipment mobilization information system are analyzed.The corresponding system technical architecture and the functional composition are given.Finally,five key technologies and three system application modes for the equipment mobilization information system are given.Thus,it can provide a reference for the construction of Chinese equipment mobilization information system.
