摘 要:深入开展通用质量特性设计是提高军用信息系统质量的有效途径。首先,分析了该类系统通用质量特性设计标准需求,总结了国内外通用质量特性标准研究现状;然后,结合军用信息系统产品特点,构建了军用信息系统通用质量特性设计标准体系;最后,提出了该标准体系的发展思路,介绍了军工电子行业标准编制情况。该标准体系的构建和完善,为军用信息系统通用质量特性设计提供了标准支撑。To deeply develop the general quality characteristic design is an effective approach to improve the quality of the military information systems.Firstly,the standard requirements of the general quality characteristic design for the systems are analyzed.The domestic and foreign research status of the general quality characteristic standards is summarized.Then,combined with the product characteristics of the military information systems,a standard system of the general quality characteristics design for the military information systems is constructed.Finally,the develop idea of the standard system is proposed,and the compiling situation of the military electronics industry standards is presented.Thus,the lack problem about the top standard maneuverability for the systems is solved.The construction and the development of the standard system provide a standard support for the general quality characteristic design in the military information systems.
