摘  要:随着煤炭经历的大规模高强度开采和当今煤炭产业结构调整,大量资源枯竭和过剩产能矿井将关闭,废弃矿井潜在的地质灾害隐患与废弃矿井资源浪费问题将会越来越突出。根据2000年以来我国生产矿井数量和近年新建矿井数量,得出2000—2016年每年废弃矿井数量和累计废弃矿井总数;系统分析了废弃矿井潜在地质灾害隐患问题;提出不同地质灾害的防控技术和关键对策,并针对废弃矿井地下和地面资源的特点,探索了废弃矿井地下与地面资源的利用途径。With coal process large-scale high intensity mining and coal industrial restructuring,and large resource exhaustion and over production capacity would be closed,the problems that potential geological disasters and hidden trouble and resources wasting of abandon mine would be more and more protrude,on the basis of production mine amount and new building mine amount in domestic since the year 2000,the conclusions that abandon mine amount every year and accumulative total of abandon mine during period the year from 2000 to 2016 were obtained,and potential geological disasters of abandon mine was analyzed system,and different prevention technology and key countermeasures were put forward,new utility means of underground and surface resources of abandon mine was explored to characters of underground and surface resources of abandon mine.
