摘  要:神经节苷脂(ganglioside,GA)主要存在于神经系统中,是神经细胞表面主要分子决定簇。它不仅参与神经系统的发育和学习记忆等高级神经活动,还与一些由细菌、病毒以及自身免疫等因素引起的疾病密切相关。结合近些年的研究,就其与神经系统发育的关系予以综述。Gangliosides( GA),containing salivated glycosphingolipids( GSLs),abundant in the nervous system,are major molecular determinants on the surfaces of nerve cells. It is not only involved in the development of the nervous system and higher nervous activities,such as learning and memory,but also highly responsible for some diseases caused by bacteria,viruses,autoimmunity and other factors. Combined with recent years of researches,this paper reviews the changes in ganglioside expression during neural development and the roles in maintaining normal life activities.
