摘 要:对不共地系统的电压进行门限监控通常采用线性光耦与模拟数字转换器方案,但该法所需元器件成本高,系统资源消耗大,只适用于对被监控电压有实时线性需求的场合。鉴于此,设计一种利用稳压管与普通光耦代替ADC与线性光耦的方案,以大幅降低核心元器件的价格,使电路结构更加紧凑。对后端MCU端口的占用由原先的N路降低为仅仅1路,无须再考虑ADC设备的位数,省去了控制单元的运算和比较过程,同时降低了编程难度,提高了执行效率。在电路结构的构建之外,也对元器件的参数选取进行讨论,针对不同降额使用要求,对元器件参数的选取进行了修正。Linear optocoupler and analog-to-digital converter are usually used to monitor the voltage of non-common ground system. However, this method requires high cost of components and large system resource consumption, and is only suitable for the situation where the monitored voltage has real-time linear demand. In view of this, a scheme of replacing ADC and linear optocoupler with voltage stabilizer and ordinary optocoupler is designed to greatly reduce the price of core components and make the circuit structure more compact. The occupation of the back-end MCU port is reduced from the original N-way to only one way without considering the number of bits of ADC equipment, the operation and comparison processes of the control unit are omitted, the programming difficulty is reduced, and the execution efficiency is improved. In addition to the construction of circuit structure, the parameter selection of components is also discussed. According to different derating requirements, the parameter selection of components is revised.
