摘　　要：研究生组织建设对于提升研究生培养质量、促进研究生综合素质全面发展有着非常重要的作用。本文以西南地区部分高校研究生组织建设为样本,调查研究研究生组织建设现状,分析研究生组织目前存在的问题,提出创新活动内涵、强化体系建设、完善保障机制等方面的对策与建议,以期进一步加强和完善研究生组织建设,提升研究生培养质量,充分发挥研究生组织的育人作用。The construction of postgraduate organizations plays animportant role in improving the quality of postgraduate trainingand promoting the overall development of postgraduate students＇overall quality. Taking the construction of postgraduate organiza-tions in some colleges and universities in southwest China asasample, this paper investigates and studies the status quo of post-graduate organization construction, analyzes the current problemsin postgraduate organizations, and proposes countermeasures andsuggestions such as innovating the connotation of activities,strengthening the system construction and improving the guaran-tee mechanism, with a view to further strengthening and improv-ing the construction of postgraduate organizations, improving thequality of postgraduate training, and giving full play to the role ofpostgraduate organizations in educating postgraduate students.
