摘　　要：目的:了解我院排名前15位的辅助用药使用合理性,为加强辅助用药的监管和促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用药品信息管理系统对我院2017年1–6月辅助用药销售金额、用量排序,对排名前15位的药品从适应证、用法用量、联合用药等方面进行医嘱点评分析。结果:我院辅助用药使用比例较高,销售金额排名前15位的辅助用药占全院药品销售金额的18.92%,不合理医嘱占所抽医嘱的22.00%,辅助用药不合理应用集中表现为适应证不适宜、重复用药、随意换药。结论:我院辅助用药使用不合理现象较为明显,需采取积极有效的措施进行监管,以促进辅助用药规范合理使用。Objective： To analyze the utilization of the top 15 adjuvant drugs in our hospital in order to provide references for reinforcing the supervision and management of adjuvant drugs. Methods： Computer drug information management system was used to sort adjuvant drugs in terms of consumption and usage amount. And the medical orders of the top 15 adjuvant drugs were analyzed according to indication, dose, usage and combined medication. Results： Among all the drugs used in our hospital, the ratio of consumption amount of the top 15 adjuvant drugs was 18.92%, which was relatively higher than expectation. The ratio of unreasonable medical orders of adjuvant drugs was 22.00%. Adjuvant drugs were mainly unrationally used with inappropriate indication, repeated medication and optional replacement. Conclusion： The adjuvant drugs were used obviously irrationally in our hospital. Effective measures need to be taken to enforce the supervision of the adjuvant drugs.
