我院内科住院患者口服抗高血压药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:对我院内科住院患者口服抗高血压药物用药数据进行统计和分析,旨为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用金额排序法和频度分析法,利用Excel软件对2016年4月1日–2017年4月1日我院内科住院患者口服抗高血压药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性统计分析。结果:我院内科住院患者口服抗高血压药物中,钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)以及肾上腺素受体阻断剂的销售金额和DDDs均位居前3位,三类药品销售金额和DDDs总和分别占85.27%和78.43%。利尿剂和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)排序相对靠后。其中苯磺酸氨氯地平片在单品种DDDs排序和消耗金额排序上均位居榜首。结论:我院内科住院患者口服抗高血压药物使用较为合理,基本符合目前抗高血压用药原则的要求。Objective：To analyze the utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in hospitalized patients of the department of internal medicine in our hospital,and provide references for rational drug use in clinic.Methods：The consumption sum,medication frequency（DDDs）and DDC of oral antihypertensive drugs in the department of internal medicine of our hospital during 1 April,2016 to 1 April,2017 were retrospectively analyzed by using Excel software.Results：The top three kinds of oral hypertensive drugs ranked by consumption sum and DDDs were Ca^2＋ channel blockers（CCB）,ARB（angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonist）and adrenergic receptor blockers.The ratio of consumption sum and DDDs of these kinds of drugs were 85.27%and 78.43%respectively.The diuretic and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）were ranked behind.Among all the oral antihypertensive drugs ranked by consumption sum and DDDs,the top 1 drug was amlodipine besylate tablets.Conclusion：In our hospital,utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in the department of internal medicine was relatively reasonable,which was basically in line with the international medication guidelines.
