摘  要:薄层色谱法在天然产物的分离、跟踪有机反应、柱色谱分离预测试及有机化学实验教学中起着重要的作用。该文以羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液作为粘合剂,采用倾涂法制备薄层色谱板,考察了粘合剂浓度、吸附剂类型、干燥方式对薄层色谱板分离效果的影响。实验研究表明,将一定量的柱层析硅胶溶于0.4%的羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液中,制成的薄层色谱板粘结性能好,分离效率高,制板时间大为缩短,为薄层色谱板的制作提供了一条快速、便捷、环境友好的方法。Thin layer chromatography is one of the significant experimental techniques for rapid separation and qualitative analysis of small or trace organic compounds. It plays a very important role in the separation of natural products,prediction of column chromatography separation,tracking of organic reactions and experimental teaching of organic chemistry. The thin layer chromatography plate was prepared by dip coating method with carboxymethyl cellulose sodium aqueous solution as adhesive. The effects of binder concentration,adsorbent type,and drying method on the separation effect of TLC plates were investigated. The experiment results shown that a certain amount of column chromatography silica gel was dissolved in 0. 4% CMC-Na aqueous solution,the TLC plate not only has good adhesion performance and high separation efficiency,but also greatly shortens the time of making the plate. It provides a fast,convenient and environmentally friendly method for the production of the TLC plates.
